Gallery of BC Ceramics: GET COZY

  • Gallery of BC Ceramics

Come Get Cozy with the Gallery of BC Ceramics and guests for a one-day-only mini makers market - right here in the gallery’s exhibition space! The gallery wanted to give its customers and members a cozy shopping experience where they can not only shop our fabulous gallery of amazing ceramics artists, but also connect with and shop with some very talented local Vancouver makers.
It will be a one-stop-shop for your holiday shopping needs as we will be featuring local makers: Croochet Shop with their adorable crocheted arugami creatures, LanaBetty and their beautifully architectural 3D printed jewellery, Make More Happy and their handmade knitted scarves and toques, and Snaughtie (https://www.instagram.com/snaughtie/) –a local illustrator and graphic designer with their collection of prints, greeting cards and pins!

Come get your shop on Thursday, December 8th from 4-9pm (we are extending gallery hours for this event). Snacks and hot chocolate will be served to complete your cozy time with the gallery.

Arts Whistler's Holiday Market

  • Whistler Conference Centre

The snow is falling, the mountain is open for skiing and it’s time to start thinking about the holiday season.

Arts Whistler’s Holiday Market is two days of hand-baked, hand-made goodness. Grab some local artwork, a cozy sweater, or a delicious treat. With over 100 vendors there is sure to be something for everyone on your “nice” list. Add live music, carols, a food court, “Non-shopper Lounge” with free wifi, and visits from Santa, and the market becomes a full-on festive bonanza. What better way to welcome the holiday season! Come in your snow boots, ski boots, or slippers. Ski, ride your bike, or walk right on in, we don’t care how you get here, we just want to make sure you don’t miss out! Arts Whistler Holiday Market will be hosted at the Whistler Conference Centre on November 26-27. Set these dates aside and show some local love.
