At Make More Happy we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All pieces are made to order and will be shipped within 4-6 days.
Once processed we will mail you a notification that your items have shipped and provide you with the tracking information.
CANADA + USA ORDERS
All orders placed with Make More Happy are knitted or crocheted, packed and shipped within Canada from Vancouver, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier servicing even the most remote corners of Canada. Once shipped, orders within the USA will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Orders within Canada can take up to 10 days. All the prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and do not include tax.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
All international orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive to your door. Please e-mal email@example.com with your address for a shipping quote.
US & International: No tax is applied, however you may be liable to taxes or duties when your items arrive in your country. Contact your local border agency for more information.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession we will refund your money.
In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you want to return or exchange any items, please contact us before sending anything. Orders are returned at your expense and we highly recommend sending the package via a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item. Please include the original invoice with your return.
Orders placed within Vancouver for Local-Pickup will be available for pick-up at a specific event. Please email email@example.com if you would like to make other inquires about local pickup. Please show an associate a proof of purchase (smart phone receipt is perfect) and a photo i.d. in order to acquire the goods ordered.
